3. **Dispute Resolution:** In the event that there is a discrepancy between the agreed-upon grade and our assessment, we will return the device(s) to you at no cost.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting a sell order through the iGodz website. By submitting an order to sell a device to iGodz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use.
We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.
1. Contract Formation
This website is intended for use by individuals and businesses located within the United States. iGodz reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
A contract between you and iGodz is formed once your sell order has been successfully submitted through our website.
By submitting an order you confirm that:
You are the legal owner of the device.
You have full rights to sell the device.
The device is free of any liens or financial obligations.
Ownership of the device transfers to iGodz once the device is received and payment has been issued to you.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping or delivering your device.
If the device has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible unless the device fails to match the submitted description.
3. Eligibility
By submitting a sell order you confirm that:
You reside within the United States.
You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the transaction.
4. Business Transactions
If submitting an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business and enter into legally binding agreements.
5. Device Condition Requirements
Devices submitted to iGodz must match the make, model, and condition selected during the quote process.
Working Devices
A working device typically:
Powers on and off normally
Has a functional operating system
Has a working display and touchscreen
Does not contain major structural damage
Includes the internal battery
Is free from water damage
Is not locked to any user account
All primary functions including Wi-Fi, camera, audio, and touchscreen functionality should operate normally.
Faulty Devices
Faulty devices may include devices with:
Cracked screens
LCD display damage
Water damage
Power or charging issues
Broken components
Software problems
Devices must still be intact and not severely crushed or missing major components.
Devices must be removed from all user accounts including Apple ID, Google Account, Samsung Account, or similar security locks.
Devices reported lost, stolen, or activation locked will not be accepted.
If the device condition differs from the submitted description, iGodz may issue a revised offer. If the revised offer is declined, the device may be returned.
6. Customer Data Responsibility
You are responsible for removing all personal data from your device prior to shipment or delivery.
This includes but is not limited to:
Photos and videos
Messages and contacts
Applications
Passwords
Account information
iGodz is not responsible for any data that remains on a device once it has been submitted.
We strongly recommend performing a factory reset before sending your device.
7. SIM Cards and Memory Cards
Please remove all SIM cards and memory cards before sending your device.
iGodz is not responsible for SIM cards or accessories sent with devices and they may not be returned.
You remain responsible for any charges associated with your mobile carrier service.
8. Lost or Stolen Devices
Submitting a device that you do not legally own may constitute a criminal offense.
iGodz fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and maintains strict policies against purchasing lost or stolen devices.
9. Pricing and Quotes
Prices displayed on the iGodz website may change at any time based on market conditions.
Quotes generated through the website are valid for a limited time period.
If a device is received after the quote expiration period, a revised offer may be issued based on the current market value.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Devices must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If you choose to ship a device independently, you are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for high-value devices.
11. Payment
Payment is issued once the device has been received and successfully inspected.
Payment methods may include digital payment services, bank transfer, or other options offered at checkout.
Once payment has been issued, the transaction is considered final.
12. Events Outside Our Control
iGodz is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our control including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or technical failures.
