<p>Ownership of the device will transfer to iGodz once we receive the device and payment has been issued to you according to the agreed order terms.</p>

<p>This agreement is binding upon both parties and their respective successors and assigns.</p>

<p>You may not transfer or assign your rights under this contract without written permission from iGodz.</p>

<p>iGodz reserves the right to transfer, assign, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of any obligations under this agreement.</p>

<h2>Order Cancellation</h2>

<p>You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping or delivering the device to us.</p>

<p>If the device has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible unless the device fails to meet the submitted condition description.</p>

<p>Please ensure that you are legally entitled to sell the device before sending it to iGodz.</p>

<h2>Eligibility</h2>

<p>By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:</p>

<h2>Device Conditions</h2>

<p>Devices submitted to iGodz must match the make, model, and condition selected during the quote process.</p>

<h3>Working Devices</h3>

<p>A working device should:</p>

<li>Have a fully functioning operating system</li>

<li>Have a working display and touchscreen</li>

<li>Have no major structural damage</li>

<li>Include the internal battery</li>

<li>Not be water damaged</li>

<li>Not have activation locks or account locks</li>

</ul>

<p>All core functions such as calling, Wi-Fi, camera, audio, and touchscreen functionality should operate normally.</p>

<h3>Faulty Devices</h3>

<p>Faulty devices may include:</p>

<li>Cracked screens</li>

<li>Damaged LCD displays</li>

<li>Water damage</li>

<li>Power issues</li>

<li>Broken components</li>

<li>Software issues</li>

<p>Devices must still be intact and not severely crushed or missing major components.</p>

<p>All devices must be removed from any user accounts (Apple ID, Google Account, Samsung Account, etc.) before being sold.</p>

<p>Devices that are activation locked, reported lost or stolen, or locked to foreign networks will not be accepted.</p>

<p>If the device condition differs from the submitted description, we may provide a revised offer. If you decline the revised offer, the device may be returned to you.</p>

<h2>Data Responsibility</h2>

<p>Customers are responsible for removing all personal data from devices before sending them to iGodz.</p>

<li>Contacts</li>

<li>Apps</li>

<li>Passwords</li>

<li>Account information</li>

<p>iGodz is not responsible for any personal data that remains on a device after it has been submitted.</p>

<p>If possible, customers should perform a factory reset before shipping or delivering their device.</p>

<h2>SIM Card Removal</h2>

<p>Please remove all SIM cards and memory cards before sending your device.</p>

<p>iGodz is not responsible for SIM cards sent with devices and they may not be returned.</p>

<p>You remain responsible for any service charges associated with your mobile carrier.</p>

<h2>Lost or Stolen Devices</h2>

<p>Selling a device that you do not legally own may constitute a criminal offense.</p>

<p>iGodz fully cooperates with law enforcement and maintains strict policies against purchasing lost or stolen devices.</p>
